Palaute menee -->Cafe Aschan Intelligence, (Neo)Turku. Asiakaspalvelutyössä ei pidä pyöritellä silmiään eikä tuhista jotain asiaankuulumatonta puhetta maskin takana. Asiakas ei aina kuule täysin hyvin, mitä myyjä sanoo. Myöskin toisen työntekijän ( tässä kohtaa kokki) ei pidä lähteä äänekkäästi naurahtaen mukaan myyjän epäasialliseen käytökseen. En tule enää käyttämään kyseisen kahvilan palveluja. Toivoisin työntekijöille asiakaspalvelun perusalkeiden kertaamista. Kiitos.
