Olin tänään kello 19.54 XXL Myllyssä hakemassa tilaamani toppahousut. Odotin vaateosastolla info-pisteessä ja kello tuli 20.00 . Myyjä käveli meidän ohi ja kysyin, että mistä voisin saada tilaamani paketin. Myyjä sanoi että menkää samantien ulos koska tämä on kiinni. Sanoin rauhallisesti, että kello oli 19.54 kun olin infopisteessä mutta emme tavoittaneet ketään. Myyjä tuli tosi lähelle 10cm ja sanoi että ulos. Nyt on korona aika ja myyjä tuli tosiaankin aggressiivisesti, ja uhkaavasti,joten meidän lapsemme pelästyi. Sitten sama myyjä kävi hakemassa paketin ja antoi meille. Pyysin hänen nimeään, jota hän ei suostunut antamaan. Kävin kassalla ja kysyin että kerro tuo kaverin nimi, siinä oli myös vahtimestari . Sitten tuli se myyjä ja antoi paketin ja sitten kertoi nimensä . MARKO. Sukunimeä en saanut . Tuo oli aika epäkohteliasta ja lapsi on vieläkin peloissaan siitä tilanteesta. Toivon että ei koskaan enää tapahdu varsinkaan lapsen edessä. Surkeaa asiakaspalvelua!16.02.2021
